今天我有幸采訪守護(hù)人民健康中30年自費(fèi)科研,并作出杰出貢獻(xiàn)的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合專家/抗病毒性疾病臨床專家——李萬泉教授。為疑難病的治療開辟了新的蹊徑,為中醫(yī)藥的發(fā)展增添了新的生機(jī)與活力。

前言:庚子多事之秋,2020庚子更甚,“新冠”突出,令全宇宙人防不勝防,廿個(gè)月的戰(zhàn)斗,使每一國家及其人民飽受折磨,唯我東方無獨(dú)有偶。若非千年中醫(yī)藥顯威力,我國民恐難于免此大災(zāi)。預(yù)防為主,病原亦當(dāng)斬除,縱觀全球形勢,仍不樂觀。現(xiàn)代全世界抗細(xì)菌的什么藥物都有了,可唯獨(dú)沒有一特定特效的抗病毒藥(特別是抗新冠病毒及其變異株的廉價(jià)良藥)。此時(shí)唯有我中華醫(yī)藥,始能擔(dān)當(dāng)起全世界防疫并消滅新冠病毒(即中醫(yī)治“未病”)之大任也!!!

現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)對(duì)于傳染病防治的三大措施,一百年來一直未變,那就是:一、消滅(或隔離)傳染源;二、切斷傳播途徑;三、保護(hù)易感人群。我國民在防治新冠性肺炎的艱苦工作中,特別是在上述第二、第三兩大措施行使中,做出了艱辛而巨大的工作,也取得了令世人舉世矚目的良好成績。但在近兩年中,疫情反反復(fù)復(fù),特別是今年3月份以來,更有復(fù)發(fā)乃至暴發(fā)的情況出現(xiàn)!究其原因,就是在消滅傳染源即變異之中的新冠病毒方面沒有更好的辦法(也即沒有抗病毒的治療藥物),此重大問題的關(guān)鍵就是:只有在消滅變異之中的新冠病毒之后,疫情才可真正的平息或結(jié)束矣(注:現(xiàn)在所用的中醫(yī)藥對(duì)新冠肺炎已呈現(xiàn)出顯著療效!)下面特向國家和人民重點(diǎn)介紹消滅傳染源即殺滅新冠病毒的有效或特效藥,這當(dāng)然是非中醫(yī)藥莫屬,因?yàn)橹嗅t(yī)早在千年前就可以治未病(也即在中醫(yī)藥當(dāng)中去尋找殺滅變異之中新冠病毒的藥物!)——即當(dāng)務(wù)之急,重中之重就是極力尋求與臨床應(yīng)用抗新冠病毒的、標(biāo)本兼治的中醫(yī)藥物。

人物檔案:李萬泉,重慶云陽縣人,1951年生。1975年畢業(yè)于重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)醫(yī)療系,即分配到原省部級(jí)重點(diǎn)中專暨四川省萬縣衛(wèi)生學(xué)校工作,擔(dān)任《內(nèi)科學(xué)(含傳染病學(xué))及護(hù)理》的教學(xué)與臨床工作。1979年參與該校附屬醫(yī)院的建立與內(nèi)科病房的診療工作。1992年9月在原四川省萬縣衛(wèi)校取得高級(jí)講師資格;1995年受聘為臺(tái)灣省針灸學(xué)會(huì)客座教授;第二屆世界傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)大會(huì)(95年5月美國舊金山)演講學(xué)者。1985年參與當(dāng)時(shí)國家衛(wèi)生部與高教委委托該校編寫的中等醫(yī)護(hù)學(xué)?！秲?nèi)科實(shí)習(xí)指南》、《內(nèi)科護(hù)理學(xué)》有關(guān)章節(jié)的編寫,兩書已分別于1992、1993年由國家級(jí)出版社(人民衛(wèi)生出版被)正式出版。在臨床醫(yī)療近二十年的工作中,李醫(yī)師意識(shí)到西醫(yī)在治療慢性疑難雜病以及病毒感染性疾病療效甚微,更不可能根治,遂于92年毅然離開單位,投入到用中醫(yī)藥治療前述疾病及自費(fèi)研究并行臨床治療乙肝和艾滋病的艱辛而巨大的工作,至今長達(dá)29年。

Li Wanquan, born in Yunyang County, Chongqing, was born in 1951. In 1975, he graduated from the Medical Department of Chongqing Medical University, and was assigned to the former provincial and ministerial level key technical secondary school and Wanquan County Health School of Sichuan Province, serving as the teaching and clinical work of Internal Medicine (including Infectious Diseases) and Nursing science. In 1979, he participated in the establishment of the affiliated hospital of the university and the diagnosis and treatment of the medical ward. In September 1992, he was a senior lecturer in Wanxian Health School, Sichuan Province; in 1995, he was appointed a visiting professor of Taiwan Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society; a speaker at the Second World Congress of Traditional Medicine (San Francisco, USA in May 1995). In 1985, he participated in the compilation of the relevant chapters of "Internal Medicine Practice Guide" and "Internal Medicine Nursing" commissioned by the Ministry of Health and the High Education Commission. The two books were officially published by the national press (People"s Health) in 1992 and 1993 respectively. In clinical medical nearly 20 years of work, li realized that western medicine in the treatment of chronic complicated diseases and virus infectious disease curative effect, more impossible to cure, then in 92, into the disease with traditional Chinese medicine and the research parallel clinical treatment of hepatitis b and AIDS hard and huge work, for 29 years.

主要科研成果:1992年6月為了更好地進(jìn)行全身心地投入中醫(yī)藥的臨床工作,故毅然決然的離開單位,開始了艱苦卓絕的應(yīng)用中醫(yī)藥治療疑難雜病/肝病/艾滋病的臨床工作與課題研究。

一一其一,當(dāng)今醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域必須要實(shí)行中西醫(yī)結(jié)合,建國以來的實(shí)踐與事實(shí)證明:

一一其二,在疫情仍很嚴(yán)重的今天,我們?yōu)槭裁催€在重西醫(yī)而不應(yīng)用已形成中醫(yī)藥抗病毒的現(xiàn)成特效藥暨重大科研成果呢?!

一、30年前李萬泉大夫已在醫(yī)療臨床工作中深深地覺查到:一切慢性病/乙肝及肝病/病毒感染性疾病,用西醫(yī)藥治療療效甚微乃至無效,故此萌發(fā)了用中醫(yī)藥去攻克當(dāng)今世界的大難題即攻克艾滋病!早在95年底,其所研制的抗HBV/抗HIV中藥就以國家規(guī)定的正規(guī)程序并以良好結(jié)果通過了中美兩國相關(guān)權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)的鑒定,由于這系個(gè)人離職發(fā)明/成果,故一時(shí)未能被國家應(yīng)用而致此重大成果埋沒民間至今(已廿八年矣)!為將此重大課題堅(jiān)持研究完成,廿八年來李醫(yī)師在(1)尋找病患(病源)極其艱難,(2)難于收集到一份正規(guī)的讓國家主管暨權(quán)威部門認(rèn)可資料的前提下,本人想方設(shè)法又早在2001一2002年間讓泰國26名AIDS(寺廟里的)臥床病人,服用他所研究的治艾中藥粉,均在二至三周內(nèi)下床活動(dòng)!一一這意味著他所研中醫(yī)藥早在20年前即<打破了國際上>有關(guān)艾滋病的兩個(gè)百分之百中其一(即發(fā)生了艾滋病不一定死亡/用中醫(yī)藥有救!)。如此,故在2004年夏就受到了國務(wù)院信訪局的核實(shí)與重視(但指示重慶方面要大力支持李萬泉同志的這一重大工作;重慶方面亦作了安排!但與他合作的另一方卻一再索要李醫(yī)師的用藥處方,但此只能奉獻(xiàn)給黨和國家的重大成果暨寶貝大財(cái)富怎能隨便交與他們呢?故此重大工作的開展在那時(shí)即變得更加艱難!);

1. 三、基于近三十年來,李萬泉醫(yī)師天天在臨床上反復(fù)磚研與實(shí)踐(我國長期/至今自費(fèi)行此重大項(xiàng)目的臨床研究/攻關(guān)恐只有李一人),確非易事(為研制防治艾滋病的特效中醫(yī)藥李至今已自行投資150萬元以上)!加之他本身又系西醫(yī)出生,而悟出<診斷>疾病以后擬用的常規(guī)與捷徑:即診斷上應(yīng)利用西醫(yī)的技術(shù)及知識(shí);在應(yīng)用中醫(yī)藥治療某一頑疾時(shí),則又須按西醫(yī)的模板,一定要熟悉每味中藥的化學(xué)成份/分子結(jié)構(gòu)/作用機(jī)理/藥效及毒付作用,用藥如用兵,加上日積月累,故可使每味中藥各司其職,大派用場!一一此即為中西醫(yī)結(jié)合/應(yīng)為我中國人的一門捷徑學(xué)科,一經(jīng)掌握與應(yīng)用,當(dāng)可攻無不克也 !;

3. 1995年底,又潛心地研究防治”艾滋病”的中醫(yī)藥(原艾必治系列中藥)方,經(jīng)中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院醫(yī)藥生物技術(shù)研究所病毒室及美國丹佛市艾滋病病毒權(quán)威實(shí)驗(yàn)室的鑒定,其中抗艾滋病毒攜帶者的”艾必治1號(hào)藥”顯示對(duì)艾滋病毒有明顯的抑制(>74%)作用;2號(hào)藥亦經(jīng)15例早、中期艾滋病患者的用藥觀察,短期內(nèi)即獲得顯著療效,所著論文早于1995年5月獲《第二屆世界傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)大會(huì)》國際優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng),受邀赴美國演講及領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)。同時(shí)與參會(huì)的代表、專家、學(xué)者進(jìn)行了學(xué)術(shù)交流。并受到了美國舊金山兩家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的認(rèn)可,盛邀李萬泉醫(yī)師留在美國發(fā)展,均被其本人婉言謝絕。
